Karen uses a variety of modalities suited to your individual needs. Karen may be able to help with deep tissue imbalances in mental and or spiritual health and wellness.
Her modalities cover all areas of concern from relaxation to structural imbalance and generally getting you on the right track to a healthy life. If you are in a place for energetic healing Karen will use a combination of Reiki and her ability to read your energy to clear blockages and assist in your overall wellness.
